Every January, we set aside 21 days to intentionally seek God in prayer and fasting, believing for Him to move in powerful ways. We would love for you to take part in 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting.
Day 1
IMAGINE HOPE OVER HOPELESSNESS
Ephesians 1:18 NIV
I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people.
PRAYER: Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus. Thank you that you have perfected a place for me where my heart is filled with images of who you really are. I know that I am loved by you. I come to you giving you all brokenness, hurt and weariness knowing that you are that place of safety. You are the hope of glory. I have seen who I am without you. Thank you for showing me who I am with you in my life. I am forgiven by you. I am hopeful in you. I am loved unconditionally by you. You have caused me to rise up and be hopeful, and to know there is a purpose for my life. Thank you for restoring my life with the gift of hope. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Day 2
IMAGINE HEALING OVER SICKNESS
Luke 8:43-45; 47-48 NIV
And a woman was there who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years, but no one could heal her. She came up behind him and touched the edge of his cloak and immediately her bleeding stopped. “Who touched me?” Jesus asked. Then the woman, seeing that she could not go unnoticed, came trembling and fell at his feet. In the presence of all the people, she told why she had touched him and how she had been instantly healed. Then he said to her, “Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace.”
PRAYER: Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus. Thank you for your unconditional love. Because of that love, you were willing to suffer on the cross, and through this sacrifice, I could be healed of “all diseases”. You did it all for me. I thank you for healing the multitudes. In Hebrews 4:12, the Word says God means what he says. What he says goes. His powerful Word is sharper than a surgeon’s scalpel, cutting through everything whether doubt or defense, laying us open to listen and obey. Nothing and no one can resist God’s Word. Your word always achieves its goal and will not be ineffective. Thank you for complete healing. Thank you for breakthrough. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Day 3
IMAGINE THE LOST BEING FOUND
John 14:6
“I am the Way, I am the Truth, and the Life. No one comes next to the Father except through union with me. To know me is to know my Father too.”
PRAYER: Jesus, thank you for being the “Way” to the Father. It is only because of you, that I am able to come to you. With my heart, I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead. At this moment I accept you, Jesus, as my own personal Savior. I ask for forgiveness of my sins. I let go now. Come into my heart. I receive your love and your help. Take complete control of my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Day 4
IMAGINE TRUST OVER FEAR
Jeremiah 17:7-8 ESV
Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose trust is the Lord. 8 He is like a tree planted by water, that sends out its roots by the stream, and does not fear when heat comes, for its leaves remain green, and is not anxious in the year of drought, for it does not cease to bear fruit.
PRAYER: Jesus, I love you, and I receive your love right now. Thank you for being in control. I trust your plan. I trust in your promises. I believe you work all things together for my good. Lord, unexpected things, changes, unplanned events, surprises, I give these all to you. Help me to not lean on my own understanding. Help me not to try and figure everything out. Help me to trust you today. Your promise to me today as I trust you is that I’ll be like a tree planted by the water, healthy, thriving, and fruitful in every season. I am satisfied in you. I will not fear anything in the world because I have confidence in your sovereignty. I am victorious over all fears, insecurities, worries, stresses, anxieties and discouragements. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Day 5
IMAGINE PEACE OVER CHAOS
John 14:27 TPT
“I leave the gift of peace with you—my peace. Not the kind of fragile peace given by the world, but my perfect peace. Don’t yield to fear or be troubled in your hearts—instead, be courageous!”
PRAYER: Lord, I thank you that you are our everything and you are the Prince of Peace. You are the giver of all good gifts. When our minds are taken over by anxious thoughts, when our minds are plagued by things that try and hold us back, I thank you that we can lift up the Sword of the Spirit, that we can put on the Shield of Faith, that we can put on the Helmet of Salvation and we can have the mind of Christ. I thank you Lord that our thoughts will line up with your thoughts. We take captive every thought that rises up against the knowledge of you and bring it into obedience by your Holy Spirit. I thank you that as our thoughts are fixed on you, they will be true, honorable, pure, lovely, and admirable. I thank you Father for all that you’re doing. I thank you that when our minds are focused on you, we have peace of mind and our hearts are filled with your peace. Your peace is a free gift and we receive your peace right now. Lord, we thank you for your peace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Day 6
IMAGINE KINDNESS OVER CRUELTY
Colossians 3:12 TPT
“You are always and dearly loved by God! So robe yourself with virtues of God, since you have been divinely chosen to be holy. Be merciful as you endeavor to understand others, and be compassionate, showing kindness toward all. Be gentle and humble, unoffendable in your patience with others.”
PRAYER: Father, Thank you that you are a kind God, and kindness is part of your very character. Thank you Lord that you fill us with your kindness. We ask that you pour out your kindness on us so that we no longer walk under the fruit of the flesh, hatred, being wicked or immoral. I thank you that we walk in love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Thank you that you delight in us and have mercy upon us. We pray that as you are kind to us that we would be kind to others. I pray that we would show mercy to others. Show us how to give ourselves grace allowing us to walk in the freedom that you, Jesus, died for us to live in. I thank you that your kindness leads to repentance. Forgive us for the areas where we may not have been kind to one another. Equip us to love our neighbors as ourselves. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Day 7
IMAGINE FAITH OVER DOUBT
Isaiah 41:10 TPT
“Do not yield to fear, for I am always near. Never turn your gaze from me, for I am your faithful God. I will infuse you with my strength and help you in every situation. I will hold you firmly with my victorious right hand.’”
PRAYER: Heavenly Father, thank you that you have not given us a spirit of fear or doubt, but of power, of love and a sound mind. Lord, we thank you that we have faith to believe everything that you say in your Word. Every promise that you give us is true, and we thank you that we can trust that you will bring every promise to pass in our lives. Psalm 50:15 says, “You can let doubt, fear or worry overtake you or you can call upon the name of the Lord. God has promised that if you call upon Him, He will deliver you.” We call on the name of Jesus as we walk in faith. We call on the name of Jesus as we walk out the plans and purposes you have for our life. As we cast down vain imaginations, our minds are being renewed according to the Word of God. We will no longer walk in fear or doubt, but we will walk in faith, in your love and in peace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Day 8
IMAGINE ENCOURAGEMENT OVER DISCOURAGEMENT
Exodus 14:14
The Lord will fight for you. You only need to be still.
PRAYER: Mighty God, grant me the courage to face challenges with resilience. Strengthen my spirit so that I may find comfort in knowing that your power sustains me. Today I take my attention off of my problems and set my eyes on you. I am encouraged that you are where my help comes from. II Chronicles 20:15 says, “This is what the Lord says to you: Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God’s.” I thank you that I don’t have to be anxious, discouraged, or anguished when bad things happen in my life because you fight my battles and you go before me and light my path and show me the way. Thank you that you grant me strength and grace to overcome. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Day 9
IMAGINE CITY, STATE AND NATIONAL LEADERS LEADING WITH GODLY COUNSEL
I Timothy 2:1-3 TPT
Most of all, I’m writing to encourage you to pray with gratitude to God. Pray for all men with all forms of prayers and requests as you intercede with intense passion. And pray for every political leader and representative, so that we would be able to live tranquil, undisturbed lives, as we worship the awe-inspiring God with pure hearts. It is pleasing to our Savior-God to pray for them.
PRAYER: Heavenly Father, we pray for the leaders that don’t know you. I pray that you would point them to you as we declare words of salvation, hope and obedience. For those who do know you, we pray for conviction and obedience to not only hear your voice, but to follow through with actions and words of change. We pray for those who are in high positions of government and those in authority. We pray for prime ministers, kings and queens, dictators and other rulers in countries across the world. We pray for the president and vice president. We pray for the House of Representatives, the Supreme Court, for governors in states and civic leaders. We ask that you turn their hearts toward you. We pray for their repentance and faith in Jesus, and that they would know the depth of your love for them. We pray that you would help them with all decisions that they make, to make right and good decisions for the protection and good among all people. We pray that you strengthen them. We also pray for rulers to be raised up and to be empowered all over the world, who would enable followers of Jesus and all those who are under their leadership to lead peaceful, godly, dignified lives in every way. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Day 10
IMAGINE MORE THAN ENOUGH OVER NOT ENOUGH
Psalm 23:1 TPT
The Lord is my best friend and my shepherd. I always have more than enough.
PRAYER: Heavenly Father, thank you that as my best friend and caring father, you care for my emotional, physical and spiritual needs out of a deep sense of love. When I go through difficulties and it seems as if there is not enough time in the day, enough finances, or I did not make room for you in the day, I can look to you, El Shaddai, the God of more than enough. I thank you that your power and your provision is more than enough to meet any need. As my Shepherd, you are my fierce protector, and I declare I lack nothing under your care. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Day 11
IMAGINE WALKING IN FORGIVENESS
Matthew 6:14-15 MSG
“In prayer there is a connection between what God does and what you do. You can’t get forgiveness from God for instance, without also forgiving others. If you refuse to do your part, you cut yourself off from God’s part.
PRAYER: Heavenly Father, I come to you with a repentant heart asking for forgiveness. I know what Jesus did on the cross for me. Thank you for your mercy, grace and forgiveness. Just as you so generously forgive me, help me also to forgive others and not keep any form of hate, anger or revenge within my mind or my heart. I know forgiving others brings me freedom and heals emotional wounds. I forgive myself for all my sins, faults and failings. As I walk in forgiveness, I can receive all that you have for me. Thank you for reminding me of the power of forgiveness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Day 12
IMAGINE WALKING IN LIGHT OVER DARKNESS
Ephesians 5:8 NLT
For once you were full of darkness, but now you have light from the Lord. So live as people of the light!
PRAYER: Dear God, help me live in the light of your love. With you, there is no darkness. Your character has no shadows. Bring your light and restoring presence to the dark places in our lives. Bring hope to hearts that feel defeated, and love and compassion to those in pain. Thank you that your Word is the source of light that guides and enlightens my mind. Psalm 119:105 says “Truth’s shining light guides me in my choices and decisions; the revelation of your Word makes my path clear.” You are the light to the world. You said those who embrace you will experience life-giving light, and they will never walk in darkness. Thank you that as I walk in the light, I have fellowship with you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Day 13
IMAGINE A HOME OVER BEING HOMELESS
Isaiah 32:18 TPT
My people will live free from worry in secure homes and quiet resting places.
PRAYER: Heavenly Father, I look to you this day to be our provider. Thank you for the promise in Isaiah that your people will secure and have a quiet place to rest. I come to your throne of mercy and grace praying for people experiencing homelessness, that children and families in need with no place to call home will be guided to places of peace and security. Thank you that they receive this new home filled with all good things. We pray that you provide the resources needed to re-establish their lives and that they are able to thrive. Scripture says through wisdom is a home built. As they put their trust in you, remind them that what you say is true, that you love them and you want the best for them. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The ways of wisdom are sweet, always drawing you into the place of wholeness.
PRAYER: Heavenly Father, I come before you today, acknowledging the brokenness within me, the pieces of my heart that feel shattered. Yet, I trust in your power to mend me and make me whole. Lord, please touch those wounds with your healing grace, restore my spirit, and guide me towards wholeness. In your love, I find hope for a renewed life, and my brokenness becomes a vessel for your strength. Thank you for your peace. You are always drawing me by your sweet wisdom into a place of wholeness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Day 15
IMAGINE GODLY VISION
Habakkuk 2:3 NLT
This vision is for a future time. It describes the end, and it will be fulfilled. If it seems slow in coming, wait patiently, for it will surely take place. It will not be delayed.
PRAYER: Heavenly Father, thank you for allowing me to see things as they will be and not as they currently are, to see beyond my circumstances. Would you show me your vision for my life, family, career, ministry and church. Help me to take the necessary steps to make that vision a reality. I want all that you have for me. I know that your vision for my life is so much bigger than what I can see. Help me today to see things as you see them. Stir up within me the big vision for every area of my life. Keep me from limiting you based on what I see. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Day 16
IMAGINE FAVOR IN ALL THINGS AT ALL TIMES
Psalm 5:12 TPT
Lord, how wonderfully you bless the righteous. Your favor wraps around each one and covers them under your canopy of kindness and joy.
PRAYER: Heavenly Father, I understand that because I committed my life to Jesus, I am being surrounded with a shield of favor. That favor is God’s pleasure, delight, goodwill and acceptance. Help me to continuously walk in that confidence in everything I do. Thank you for accepting me. Thank you for loving me. Thank you for surrounding me with your favor. I am blessed when I come in and I am blessed when I go out. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Day 17

PRAYER: Father God, I thank you that you have laid out wisdom keys for us to hold onto so that we may persevere. When we feel like we have gone the last mile of the way, your Holy Spirit lifts us up and carries us a little further. No matter how many times we come before you, you replenish us over and over again. Thank you Lord for always infusing us with your Word. Thank you for the many trials your Word declares you will deliver us from. Trials come to make us stronger. We realize it’s only a test. When this testing is over, we will receive the promise of a crown of life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Day 18
IMAGINE GOOD HEALTH OVER POOR HEALTH
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 NIV
Do you know that your bodies are the temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.
PRAYER: Heavenly Father, thank you that today you are helping me make better choices regarding my health. I repent for making poor choices when it comes to my body. Thank you for your mercy and grace that covers me and heals me. Give me the strength that I need to overcome any obstacles I may have regarding ( ___________ ) example…food, drugs, alcohol, nicotine. I need your help. I desire to be healthy so I can do more for you. I thank you for helping me to make healthier choices. Help me to remember that my body is not my own, and that your Holy Spirit is living in me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Day 19
IMAGINE RECEIVING GOD’S UNCONDITIONAL LOVE
Ephesians 2:4-6
“But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ - by grace you have been saved - and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus.
PRAYER: Heavenly Father, thank you for loving us. Even while we were living in our sinful ways, you made us alive in Christ. Thank you that your love is not like ours. Your love is unconditional. You loved us first and you initiated a relationship with us while we were at our worst. I thank you that we don’t have to earn your love. We already have it. Help us to receive that love. Fill us with the confidence of knowing that we are loved and accepted by you. Give us a fresh revelation of the cross. Help us to see ourselves as you see us. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Day 20
IMAGINE PATIENCE OVER IMPATIENCE
Isaiah 30:18 NIV
Therefore the Lord waits to be gracious to you, and therefore he exalts himself to show mercy to you. For the Lord is a God of justice; blessed are all those who wait for Him.
PRAYER: Heavenly Father, I thank you that you show your favor to those who wait for you. We will not be anxious about anything or try to manipulate the circumstances. We rest in your peace leaving no room for impatience. Father, we thank you that you extend your grace and mercy towards us. You are so compassionate. As we remain still and wait patiently for the manifestation of your promises, we hold on to our steadfast trust. Thank you for your faithfulness. You never change, you are the same yesterday, today and forever. As we patiently wait, we are expecting our strength to be renewed. We will be still and wait patiently for God to increase the skill of patience within us. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Day 21
IMAGINE UNITY OVER DISCORD
1 Corinthians 1:10 NIV
I appeal to you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another in what you say and that there be no division among you, but that you be perfectly united in mind and thought.
PRAYER: Father, we are thankful that you delight in the unity of your people. Because we are in Christ, we can have unity with one another while we celebrate the diversity in the body of Christ. We acknowledge the unity in Christ that binds us together. How wonderful and pleasant it is when brothers and sisters dwell together in unity. Help us to do all that we can to live in peace and harmony with everyone. You make the whole body fit together perfectly. Each one has its own special work, but when we unite, we recognize we are better together. When we work together in unity, the entire body becomes strong, healthy and whole. May we all come together and recognize the anointings and the assignments that have been given, respect one another, and still be a blessing. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
